The Level 2 in Delivering Circuit Sessions will give you the skills and knowledge required to stand out in the industry, deliver excellent sessions.

You will learn about the following topics.

History and theory of circuit training
Understand the different types of circuit sessions used for different clients
Understand the different methods used to motivate clients in a circuit session
Understand the safety considerations for a circuit session
Class management

You will be required to submit a practical video assessment showing your knowledge and understanding of your programme and demonstrating that you can instruct various exercises with the correct technique. In addition to this you will be required to complete a Par Q and client screening questionnaire.

Students must have complete level 2 fitness instructing qualification.

You should have basic skills in communication.

You should be a minimum of 16 years old to undertake this qualification.

The course itself is made up of 2 units offering both a practical and theory-based learning opportunity. Our tutors have over 20 years of industry experience, giving all our students the opportunity to learn from their knowledge and experience.

Unit 2 – Delivering Circuit sessions

The assessment and duration of our Level 2 Circuit qualification can see you qualify in just 2-4 weeks by choosing our fast-track learning option. The qualification is assessed by completing a coursework portfolio and practical video submission. You can take up to 2 years to complete the qualification.

Following completion of our Level 2 In Delivering Circuit Sessions (RQF) Qualification you will be able to get insured as a Circuit Instructor.
